We’re Michael & Gabriel Hoey

We grew up on our family farm in Lusk, North County Dublin. From a young age there was nothing we enjoyed more than helping our dad - and his dad - work the rich, fertile land that surrounded us.

Afterwards, the whole family and our co-workers would sit around the table, enjoying hearty, fortifying meals, breads and cakes prepared by our mother - and her mother.

That’s where it all began.

From Farm to Family Table

Our parents and grandparents instilled in us the importance of producing great quality food, sustainably, and supporting the local community.

To help our family farming tradition evolve, we thought it made sense to open our Farm Shop. It’s a great way to showcase the beef and fresh vegetables from our own farm.

More significantly, it’s a platform for us to champion local growers and producers and the best of Irish artisan foods.

It’s Not Just About Us

We’re nothing without the fantastic team around us. They’ve helped us create a ‘destination shop’, where customers can choose from amazing ingredients that they know have been selected and prepared with discernment and care.
